Melissa Dupin: 2026 Print Champion of the Year
Company News, Team Spotlight, Industry Recognition
Congratulations to Melissa Dupin: 2026 Kansas/Missouri Print Champion of the Year
We are thrilled to announce that Melissa Dupin, our Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, has been named the 2026 Kansas/Missouri Print Champion of the Year by PIA MidAmerica — an honor presented at the annual GraphEx conference.
35 Years of Dedication
Melissa joined Alpine Litho-Graphics on September 1, 1990, at a time when office management was narrowly defined and technology was limited. Over the past 35 years, her role has grown right alongside the company — from essential office support to the dual responsibilities she holds today as CFO and Vice President.
A Cornerstone of Our Success
Melissa’s day-to-day impact spans virtually every area of the business. She manages customer service and direct client interaction, handles estimating, pricing, and vendor sourcing, and presents detailed quotes to customers. She also introduced and continues to oversee employee healthcare and retirement benefit programs — negotiating contracts to ensure the best possible coverage for our team.
What It Means to Be a Print Champion
This award recognizes individuals who embody leadership, client advocacy, and lasting impact in the print industry. Melissa exemplifies all of that and more. Her commitment, adaptability, and integrity have shaped Alpine Litho-Graphics into what it is today — and we couldn’t be more proud to see her recognized on a regional stage.
Please join us in congratulating Melissa on this well-deserved honor. Thank you, Melissa, for everything you do for our team, our clients, and our community.
